White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
"after making up the dough it seemed a little moist so i added a bit more flour and i also added 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 tsp raspberry extract and they turned out fantastic!! the flavor was amazing and the walnuts really added the texture i was going for, i wanted a chunky cookie and i got one! "

Orange Cream Cookies
"I made these cookies for a charity bake sale and they came out amazing! I added 2 tsp orange extract instead of 1 and i only put in 1 cup vanilla chips. I also added 2 eggs instead of one ,however if i make these again i will only use 1 egg because the dough was a little moist and made the cookies slightly flat. Also i would lightly grease the cookie sheet next time as some cookies stuck to the pan. Overall they were absolutely delicious and i will make them again soon"

Lemon Creme Bars
"the cookie mix was so gooey from the egg i had a hard time spreading it,i ended up spreading the entire bowl of cookie mix into pan and putting the lemon filling over top of that. nothing left for any topping. but you can use cool whip to top with. tastes good but the cookie base is very crumbly and hard to get out of pan without breaking up. i think if i use the cookie base idea from the "pumpkin streusal cheesecake bars" recipe it would turn out much better. check that one out!"

Pumpkin Cheesecake
"yuck! i wanted to try a new recipe for pumpkin cheesecake because i have been using the same recipe for years... This cheesecake started out ok ,the batter looked good. but once it was finished cooking it i knew it was going to be bad. one bite was all it took, i threw out the whole thing. awful! no taste whatsoever just a plain old cheesecake. i guess i shouldnt have used a new recipe, why mess with a good thing? i am bummed that i spent so much money on this terrible cheesecake. never again!"

Pumpkin-Spice Dessert
"I really wanted to love this one but it's just ok to me. i have made better pumpkin bars and there is another recipe on this site for these thats much better. i would add a tbs of cornstarch to the filling mix just because it's quite watery and made me nervous that it wasnt going to bake right. they came out good but i wouldn't make these again. if you want an amazing recipe try the pumpkin streusal bars!"

Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes
Rating:
I'm shocked to see so many people who don't like pumpkin? but anyway these are very simple to make and yummy!! I added more spices to the mix and did the frosting differently. i used a whipped vanilla frosting with cinnamon & pumpkin spice added to it to spice it up a bit. Because i for one LOVE Pumpkin!
