"No so impressed with this one. As you read the other reviews, you can see that many people added additional ingredients to "doctor this up." The original recipe should stand on it's own, but sadly does not. The chicken was dry and rather bland, despite my seasoning it with salt, lemon pepper, and garlic powder before placing it in the crock pot. The "sauce" was very soupy and thin. The rice was OK, but the chicken was nothing to speak of. While the dish was edible, I unfortunately cannot recommend this one and will remove it from my recipe file."
