Salted Caramel Turtle Triangles
I have made these twice, and each time the caramel stays an ooey gooey mess. I had hoped to put them on holiday platters for friends, but no such luck (I put them on my hips, instead ;-( ).
Do you think high altitude could be a factor? I was at 8,000' the first time I made them, and 7,000' the second.
Did anyone else have this problem? They're really good, and I would like to make them again if this problem can be solved.
