"When I was a child, my mother cooked a dish very similar, we added eggs fried in a skillet and sliced thin and used Spam insted of pork, also cut in thin strips & fried. Just becareful with the soy sauce, because the Spam is pretty salty. I loved this dish,brought back many memories....Nannybett SLC,UT "
