"I tried this recipe and my husband and I both liked it. He was very skeptical when he saw the dark meat chicken I brought home as he is a white meat only chicken lover. I followed it exactly. Next time I would substitute a cup of black beans for the corn, personal preference. The meat was awesome and shredded very easily. It has a sweet tangy zip to it that was delicious in tacos. It would be good in a tortilla too. I will make it again because my husband loved it."

"This recipe is simply awesome! I made it for a co-worker's birthday....everyone wanted the recipe. I used sugar cookie mix only because the store didn't carry plain oatmeal cookie mix. I added 2 pouches of microwave cinnamon oatmeal to the sugar cookie mix and it turned out great. No other suggestions, as it was perfect! I did use Splenda and the lower fat cream cheese, but it was still very rich and delicious! A real keeper of a recipe."

"I made this chili recipe on a chilly, blustery, windy day and it is awesome. I used two 14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes WITH green chilis....otherwise made no changes whatsoever. I did not add the 4.5 oz can of green chilis. It turned out quite spicy, which we like. This one is too easy to be this good. Its a real keeper!"
