"Good Flavor. I did add a second apple and put some on top of the chops. I also deglazed the pan with a little sherry and poured the juices over the chops and apples. I will make this again."

Good Flavor. I did add a second apple and put some on top of the chops. I also deglazed the pan with a little sherry and poured the juices over the chops and apples. I will make this again.
