Depends on my mood, but usually scrambled (with chopped ham and cheese)

"My grandma making pancakes using her cast iron griddle for my sister and I. She didn't use the pancake recipe on the box, but the waffle recipe. She said that the pancakes came out so much better with the little bit of oil added, and we had to agree."

"This may not be an "easy" recipe, but it is one my family loves. And, believe me I have a picky crew. I created this recipe earlier this year and it is flexible. If you don't have one ingreient, you can sub another. This ends up becoming a One-Pan meal"
