I've made these twice this year so far. The 2nd time definitely went a lot faster since I knew the ropes. I do have to say, though that in the future I think I'd make a different cookie dough. This tastes good, but doesn't really make sense to cook such a high-fat (1 stick of butter) cookie. It'd be just as nice with any other cookie dough. I found it helpful to kind of squeeze the dough into a triangle shape and then press on the bristles, they looked less like little fans that way. And mine didn't look like the ones in the picture really either - theirs looks unbaked and very playdohy. Thanks for the tips on them getting stale right away - good to know!

Baked Crescent Churros
I used the low-fat version of refrigerated crescents to make them a little bit healthier. They were really easy and quick to make. The pizza cutter tip is a great one! This is a great dessert or snack to whip out for a quick after-dinner treat or if you have people and family over visiting.
