"This spread is simple to prepare and was a welcome addition to gift baskets I made for Christmas this year. I have already received requests to make more! I myself am not much of a jam/jelly eater; however this spread has changed my mind! my husband loves it on a bagel with cream cheese, especially taking it to work and 'showing off" my cullinary talent! If only they knew how easy it is to make!"
