Slow Cooker Tuscan Bean Soup We loved this recipe. We made a few minor changes to the recipe. I created a blonde colored rue to thicken the soup base, a little went a long way. I added a can of Cheese Soup, 1/2 cup milk and two beaten eggs. I also added about 4 green onions, chopped at the same time I added the chopped fresh parsley. It was a huge hit... delicious, hearty, healthy and very colorful! I will totally make this again and again...
