"While I was still working, I would "morph" into a leprechaun on St. Patrick's Day and loved to take this recipe to work for a snack. Everyone loved it and it was so appropriate for the day. Now I'm retired, this leprechaun and my leprechaun dog, Rowan, will be taking this snack and others to nursing homes and some schools in the area. Love to have fun! Top o' the mornin' to ya!"

Peanutty Good Luck Snack

While I was still working, I would "morph" into a leprechaun on St. Patrick's Day and loved to take this recipe to work for a snack. Everyone loved it and it was so appropriate for the day.
