"Made these a while ago to take to a family gathering and they got rave reviews. Easy to make, easy to eat and oh so yummy. I will be making these again...soon."

"I LOVE this recipe! I use 3 Roma tomatoes, finely chop mined garlic, add a little bit more fresh basil and chop up the capers. I add some of the olive oil (previous review is right the better the oil the better the taste...NO VEGETABLE OIL!!!). I first followed the recipe and did the toast, but we like to let the flavors blend overnight, mix it up and eat it on saltine crackers.Easy, healthy snack. "

"My husband's family always gathers for Sunday dinner after church and I wanted to bring a special dessert since it was Valentine's Day. I used the oatmeal chocolate chip as the crust and used semi-sweet chips for the topping. It was so simple and so very yummy. I used extra nuts on the top and decorated it with a heart and nuts around the edge which made for a pretty presentation.I did not have a tart pan, but would say the that the springform pan worked fine. I will make this again and would say that this could be used with many different combinations. This is a keeper and definitely worth passing on! "

"I've made this cake for a long time. You can add fruit (I usually do the frozen raspberries- thawed)to the bottom of your holes and top with the whipped frosting. I have always done chocolate, but there are endless possibilities out there. I can never get it to look super pretty, but I never have any complaints when I make it. "
