Impossibly Easy Spinach-Parmesan Pie I havent made this yet although it looks yummy... I wonder if using dry cottage cheese that is in the bag would make it not so soupy or trying ricotta? I will be experimenting myself just from the reviews. I am curious with the other writer why this has a bottom crust when obviously it doesnt and it also is the same picture as the zucchini and tomatoe easy pie... I was wondering why I didnt see any tomatoes in the other picture. I selected 3 just because it sounds appetizing and it makes you pick a rating.
