"This was an amazing recipe! I followed it word-for-word (which I rarely do), added some red pepper flakes for spice, and it turned out beautifully! I would recommend this dish to anyone who enjoys seafood. :)"

"We really enjoyed this veggie casserole. I didn't have the crackers so I used two slices of bread, which I chopped up and mixed into the casserole. Then, I topped it off with Italian bread crumbs. I also used Mexican blend shredded cheese because we didn't have shredded Swiss on hand. My only comment is that it was a bit bland so I would likely add more salt the next time around. This was a good side dish for meatloaf! "

"Definitely a great dish! I did make a few changes to the original recipe, which made it more than 3 steps and 5 ingredients. I pre-cooked the chicken and shredded it, then mixed it with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and cooked spinach. I used this mix to stuff the manicotti. Definitely a good idea to cover the noodles completely because I missed a few spots and the noodles were hard in those areas. Oops! Lesson learned. Topped the noodles off with some extra mozzarella cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. Love it! ;)"

"Made this for my husband and I... needless to say that we had enough food for the entire week! We loved this dish! I shared some with a friend for lunch and she loved it as well. Changes made: Before adding the cornbread mix, I added shredded cheese (Mexican style) and chopped green onions on top of the turkey/bean/salsa mix. I made my own cornbread mix but followed previous comments on adding more than what the recipe called for. Definitely did the trick! The cornbread recipe I use includes 2 tablespoons of sugar, which sweetens it and provides a nice contrast to the hearty, savory flavor of the turkey/bean/salsa. Lastly, we served our portions with a dollop of sour cream on top. Yum!!"
