Parmesan Cheese Ball
I''ve been making this cheese ball for 6 years. I''ve never brought it to an event that someone didn''t ask for the recipe. It''s so easy to make. I like to roll the ball in seeds rather than nuts. I prefer flax seeds. I''ve also used toasted sesame seeds, poppy seeds and sunflower seeds for the coating. Sometimes I even use one recipe and make several balls coating each in a different seed. It makes for a really nice presentation.
