Gluten Free Favorite Chicken Nuggets These were very easy to make and my children loved them. I thought they were a little bland so I tweaked the recipe a little. Changes I made: 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. seasoned salt, omitted the regular salt, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and added 1 tsp Italian seasoning. After my children tried the new ones they liked them even better. I made a large batch and froze them for school lunches.
