"Made this but used Chipolte spice instead in the cake and a Dulce de leche frosting from another recipe. It was fabulous. I have too many friends allergic to cinnamon. And I have found you can't always taste cinnamon in store bought cakes. "

"These were fun and easy to make. My son loves them. We change it up a bit. We love it with some bacon bits and sometimes make it with barbaque sauce and pickles with no cheese. It's yummy either way for a fast fun dinner and lunch the next day for the kiddo when he is home. "

"I made this for a girls night out dinner. It was fantastic. I was worried about the overflow so I used a 10 inch springform pan and adjusted the crust. I used 40 cookies and 6 tablespoons of melted butter. Then only baked it for 120 minutes. It came out perfect. I've already been asked to make it again. "
