Slow Cooker Bourbon Banana Bread I was so excited about finding the recipe, I couldn t believe a cake could be cooked in my slow cooker!! It is super easy to mix up and smells yummy cooking. My only challenge was telling when it was done and obviously I did not do a good job as it burned on the bottom. I will say checked it several times righ around an hour and got busy in the kitchen and failed to keep a really good eye on it the last 30 minutes. I cooked it in a new digital crockpot that I am still learing to guage the timer on.
