"Eddie-s I think you're overthinking how these work. You don't need a mixer for these, just a good spoon and bowl. Why not make one batch of 9 and a second batch of 9? Save the uneaten ones for leftovers. It doesn't take all that long to stir and drop these suckers onto a cookie sheet."
