"Here in Florida many Senior gatherings I have been to, many-especially men- like GOOD wholesome food not the fancy far out things. Seems here a simple sandwhich --pulled pork or a good shredded chicken always is a hit. Since it is a lunch I would keep"

Tuna Noodle Casserole

My husbaand does not care for roasted peppers so I put frozen peas in casserole. Turned out very well.%0d%0aThink I may try broccoli once also. Husband is picky eater and when he ask for second and then third spoonful--I knew i had a keeper. Thanks alot for recipe. Mary Alice --- Florida
