"Pretty good muffin. I made a few tweaks as suggested. I added a 1/4 tsp of baking powder. Replaced the oil with applesauce and added a little more sugar. I mixed all the dry ingredients first and then added the wet. The muffin rose well and has a light fluffy texture."

"This was pretty tasty. I am glad I read the reviews. I used 3 cups of Bisquick and 1 cup of Milk. To the Bisquick I added Garlic powder, Onion Powder, Oregano, and a dash of Red Pepper Flakes for a more flavorful biscuit. I spread out the dough drops in the middle to make sure it would bake through. I baked it at 375 for 29 minutes. I will definitely make this again."
