"Not a gourmet meal by any means, but fine for a quick weeknight meal. I had to add another full cup of water since the dried potatoes and cheese packets slurped up almost every drop of liquid in the pan. This produced a creamier end product. I also skipped the salsa and used fresh broccoli. "
