Slow-Cooker Corn, Ham and Potato Scallop
This recipe was really good. I have made it twice.
The second time I subsituted the ham with kabasi. I used a half bag of frozen corn, instead of a can, and a cup of frozen pepper/onion stir fry (chopped some of the slices), because I didn't have a green pepper or an onion. I used a can of broccoli cheese soup, I thought that might be good. I also added a little mild cheddar shredded cheese, because it wasn't cheesey enough to my liking last time. It turned out really good, I recommend trying it both ways!
