"My favorite fish on the grill is swordfish. Iuse a butter mixture; 3 tbs melted butter 1 tbs chopped fresh cilantro 1 tbs lime zest 2 tsp lime juice 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper 1 lb sword fish steak Stir all the butter mixture ingredients together in"
