Gluten Free Fudge Crinkles These were amazing! My non-gluten free friend looked up the recipe and served them to me last night. I agree about them being soft and moist...so used to hard cookies that crumble. These were so delicious! Great recipe and also a new favorite!!! I also used a substitute today to make some with vanilla cake mix and lemon pudding mix. So tasty. They don't roll into balls - more like a stiff cake batter, but they turn out nicely in the oven. Lemon sugar cookies. :)
