Gluten Free Skillet Chicken Divan I made this last night for dinner- we ran out of propane on the grill so I needed an easy recipe in a pinch. I read the reviews that this recipe was bland, so I used chicken broth instead of water, added garlic and extra dijon. I also used mozzerella and parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. Used fresh broccoli instead of frozen. My husband and I liked it. I might try to season the chicken a little more if I make this again. Its a very easy weeknight dinner.
