"SO EASY and SO DELICIOUS! Since making these for a Memorial Day picnic, they have been requested for Father's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and my DBF's birthday. He improved on the presentation by heating the brownies (if they are cooled before serving) and adding a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream to the top. Be careful not to put the pan back in for more than one minute--the marshmallows and graham crackers burn easily (and make a nasty-smelling mess). "
