Gluten Free Cheese Garlic Biscuits
I took some of the advice on here and ran with it.
I left the eggs, milk, and mix measurements the same and then used 1-2 tsp (wasn't counting after the first tsp) of large-grain (not sure what else to call it) garlic. I mixed that into the bisquick first so that it was evenly distributed, and eyeballed to make sure there was a good garlic-to-bisquick-ratio. Then I used a whole stick of butter, and when it came time for cheese, added 2/3 of a cup + a little extra (can't have too much).
I didn't even need to brush garlic butter on top when they were done. They were delicious right out of the oven. Not dry, and very flavorful. Almost exactly like Red Lobster! Mmm! Happiness is a warm cheese biscuit.
