Gluten Free Cake Mix Sugar Cookies I made these cookies for a holiday get together. I read the reviews before making them and was a little nervous about crumbling cookies. I used real butter and accidentally melted it completely. That was the best thing I could have done,it was easier to mix and I had no crumbling cookies. They were perfect and my guest were very surprised they were gluten free. They stored well for 2 days before we could decorate. Thank you for a great recipe!!
