"I use my regular recipe and put in an egg replacer. It is a powder that you mix with water. I found it in the baking section of a Smith's Food and Drug in NV. Unlike egg substitutes (like Egg Beaters) there are NO egg derivitives in it. My son cannot"

"Thanks for a great idea PattyMarie. I will definately be trying it in the near future. Can you use any chicken parts? Meaning if I have a whole cut-up chicken would that work? Would I need to adjust anything?"
