"My teen years were spent where winter was downright cold. Our house wasn't the best insulated. My mom would set the oven at the lowest temperature possible (some newer ones have a keep warm setting) and cover the food with foil or sometimes a damp cloth"

"I use my regular recipe and put in an egg replacer. It is a powder that you mix with water. I found it in the baking section of a Smith's Food and Drug in NV. Unlike egg substitutes (like Egg Beaters) there are NO egg derivitives in it. My son cannot"

"Thanks for a great idea PattyMarie. I will definately be trying it in the near future. Can you use any chicken parts? Meaning if I have a whole cut-up chicken would that work? Would I need to adjust anything?"

"Thanks for the info. I did finally manage to get there. I was so happy [:D]. I have been missing a cookie recipe that came from one of their publications many years ago. I was able to get it from there. I will have a VERY happy family once payday hits"
