"I have not made these in the slow cooker, but I have been making these meatballs for years. I have not used the orange juice just cranberry sauce and they have always been a huge hit. Always the first of my food to run out! I personally have never tasted them, I do not like cranberry, but everyone (including an ex-husband) swear by them!"
