"good basic recipe but was a bit dry. It also needed a little salt, and I seldom use extra salt when cooking. Next time I will add one can of beef consume' or french onion soup and 1/2 cup more sour cream to the sauce mixture before adding back the meat mixture & noodles."

"This recipe as written is too liquid; add 1 Tbls Gold Medal Wondra flour while melting the neufchatel to make a rue and then the other ingredients and it is much better. We skip the croutons. We have a large family of eight (including boys/teens) so we multiply the recipe by four & I add 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar and a drained 12 oz can of water packed tuna or salmon for a complete meal. Other substitutions include cooked white chicken and broccoli instead of the peas. They all LOVE it and it still only takes 10 minutes! Another add-in "
