"This is a definite keeper! I used real potatoes, though, but the subtle cheese and pesto flavors really are wonderful and I thought the red peppers would be a little over the top but they really complimented the flavors in the potatoes nicely."

"My family and I loved it but I had to make several modifications since I didn't have the Hamburger Helper. In place of the HH sauce packet I used a packet of Knorr's herb and garlic sauce, tsp of onion powder, the cheese packet from a box of Kraft Mac and cheese, and then grated Asiago, Romano and Parmegian cheeses that I added at the end with the mozerella. I also used the noodles from the mac and cheese in place of the noodles from the HH. One final replacement, I used the food critic's suggestion and used lemonade in place of water."
