Parmesan-Butternut Squash Gratin
I didn't peel the squash it cooks well and adds a nuttiness
I did panic and added water as it seemed to be drying out - I turned it down to 325 with about 1/4 cup water in the base taking care not to drench the breadcrumb mix.
I would not describe as gratin, Gratin in the french terminology is very creamy/cheesy but oh my word, I will do this again.
