Maple Walnut White Chocolate Chip Cookies Drand...i have never used maple syrup although it may work. I use Imitation Maple Extract or Maple Flavoring. Walmart carries something called "Mapleline" that i use most often. Its pretty cheap and make several batches. ALmond extract is one of my favorites and could taste great as well-it would be a totally different flavor but prob yummy.
