"I have done beer can chicken in a smoker, grill and oven all are good. I do love the grill since I grill the year around. I love the idea of putting a pan of some sort under it to catch the drippings. I will definately try the pan the next time I do a beer can. I also just love the idea of putting a clove of garlic in the beer and a orange in the top I do however use a whole can of beer though in mine. Those of you who do not have much time just get the chicken ready and set in ice box then put it on the grill on top of the beer can just before you start dinner. It's healthy and ready in no time."

"I had Smart tortillias whole wheat 80 cals each in my freezer and the rest in the ice box. I only had fat free cheeses but it was great and my husband said it just hit the spot. Great and did not take long. I have a salad shooter so it was really fast on the grating. It really was filling and just hit the spot and did not take me long at all since I put it on my grilling machine. "
