Almond, Apricot and White Chocolate Decadence Bars
This is excellent, and I made it twice, but I find almond paste very hard to work with. Both times I bought it it was hard as a rock, even after being at room temp all day. I had to cut it into tiny pieces, which took quite a while, and still it never blended in, but tasted fine.
