Impossibly Easy Mini Thai Chicken Pies
"It was a good recipe but kind of dry. I used rotisserie chicken and had to use 1 and a half of the bisquick mix to cover the filling. It had a really good flavor but, again, it was kind of dry. I did try peanut sauce on the side and it was too over powering. Definetly needs a sauce."

I followed some suggestions of other reviewers and cooked it for about 40 minutes. I used rotisserie chicken which was really good. I also added additional spices (some chili powder, ginger and onion powder). It was so good!! I will be making this again!

I added green onions and it was still a little bland. I'll try again but with maybe adding garlic salt instead of powder?

This was so good! I had to use a bit more sauce and topping but maybe because I had more chicken? Anyway it was so good!!! I will make this again just as the recipe directed.

These were so good! I used rotisserie chicken and mixed frozen vegetables with corn, carrots & asparagus. It was so good! I think I got aobut 9 rather than 6 from the recipe.
