Any suggestions for venison -- ground or steak?
"Never cook onions with it. Onions (either from a spice jar or fresh) will make the meat taste gamey. Cook onions seperately and add them to the already cooked meat and it won't make the meat gamey. With ground venison we grind it with pork fat at a ration"
