"5 Spoons for taste, however... I made 3 batches at one time. Used 5 bags of Cookie mix (based on other reviews). I wanted a good bar and would rather spend a little extra to get the results as they were sooooo good! Also, no frustration with trying to use exact portions. Also on advice of other reviews, used 2 cups of apples, you could even use a little more but 2 worked nicely. I did not add any other spices or nuts as I wanted to try the recipe closer to the original before adjusting, might add nuts in future but not everyone can eat them so I left them out. I used non-stick foil to line the pan, good choice as the bars lifted right out and were easy to cut but I let them cool 3-4 hours. Only cut in 24 squares per pan, seemed like a better portion. Stored in fridge using parchment to keep layers separated. Several people asked for the recipe so I would say 5 Spoons!!!"

"Only going by the reviews I made 72 of these for a Luncheon, they were perfect. If you make the recipe exactly like the directions say you will get more than 24 regular cupcakes out of this with plenty of frosting (now I don't over do the frosting). I measured them out with a scoop to keep them consistent. It was a perfect Fall like dessert paired with the Easy Caramel Apple Bar. Like anything, Pans, and Ovens vary so you have to watch the first batch. Batter was light and baked up beautifully. Would highly recommend if you want a different cupcake, not one was left and I did not see one get tossed out at the event, a real winner!!!"
