Warm Caramel Apple Cake
"Very good cake, although I found the cake part itself needed to be a little more moist for my taste. Next time I will try to modify it a little. "

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
"Good recipe but I had expected a bit more of a pumpkin flavor to it. Next time I will up the amount of pumpkin as well as balance the dry ingredients to adjust it. All in all very moist and deliscious"

Cinnamon Rolls
"I love this recipe! It had to be one of the best cinnamon roll recipes that i have come across. They came out very moist and the dough was not difficult to work with at all. I did leave out the raisins and nuts in my version, but added a little extra cinnamon. Great recipe! "

Caramel-Glazed Apple Bread
"I honestly was more excited reading this recipe than I was once I finally tasted it. Don't get me wrong, it was very moist and had good texture, it was just missing something flavor-wise. The apple flavor was not as prominent as I hoped it would be. Next time, I might try to add some applesauce to it, or apple pie spice just to bring out the apple flavor a little more. I agree with another comment on here about using diced apple instead of shredded, I think that might be why it lost so much flavor. The glaze was delish, and super simple. I did adjust the cook time a little, I think it ended up being a 10 min difference from the recipe. All in all, not a bad recipe, just needs some tweaking. "

Monkey Bread
"I probably will not make this recipe again. There was not enough sweetness to the dough and the caramel mixture did not "thicken up" as it did in the picture. I made this two ways today, once in a normal fluted pan and then again in muffin pans, to make mini monkey bread. Either way, same results and I followed the measurements to a tee. Think there needs to be more flavor in the dough, maybe some cinnamon and more sugar to get it to the right flavor. "

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies
Rating:
I did not put icing on them since almost every review I read before this said that they were really rich, and the icing is optional anyway. Just as good without frosting. I did not use the premium brownie mix, just a regular old fudge brownie mix. Still tasted great. Only thing I was confused on was whether or not to add twice as much butter to the cookie dough since it says to make as directed on package and then add 1/2 c more butter and 1 egg. So that's what I did. Next time I think I might swirl the cookie dough into the brownie mix instead of just dropping on top.

Peanut Butter-Chocolate Candy Cookies
Rating:
Just made these cookies this morning. All in all, very delicious cookie. I made a few adjustments however and added 4 tbsps more peanut butter and 2 tbsp more flour to the dough. Cookies were delicious. Also I didn't have hershey kisses so I used reese peanut butter cups instead! My husband loves them!
