"I have been making these without the apple for quite a while. This is going to be perfect to make after apple picking. Think when I make them again I may add some dried cranberries to the center. Will be a great addition to the caramel, apples and nuts."

"Check with your local hospital or Health Department. Talk to a dietition and see if they have any that they can give. You might even want to find out if they can have one come talk to the kids and discuss healthy eating. If the health department or hospital"

"I would guess that cookie dough would freeze for a month or so. I would make the dough and roll into "logs" like the slice and bake type cookie. Double wrap in plastic. I have seen tubs of cookie dough in the grocery freezer so I know that it can be frozen"
