Gluten Free Ultimate Chicken Fingers These chicken fingers were the best baked chicken I have ever made! I did save some fat by spraying them with butter flavored Pam instead of drizzling them with melted butter. I also strongly suggest eating them as soon as they come out of the oven. When I ate them freshly baked, they were delicious. When I microwaved them late, they were a little dry.
