Great cake, not a bar. I used a 9 by 13 pan and it was great. Took an extra 5 minutes to bake but still was moist. I used 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of Splenda. I'm a diabetic. Also I used 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Frosted "cake" with half of the BC cream cheese frosting. It was enough for me. Every one asks my wife for the recipe, their shocked when she tells them I did it. Anyone can do this recipe.
