"Used regular Sandies and substituted 3 TBS and 1/2 tsp of whole wheat pastry flour. Made it for the bottom crust of a cheesecake and it came out perfectly. Just like a big shortbread cookie!"

"As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to give it a try. I LOVED it! It was super quick to make, and I used Pork Ribeye instead of tenderloin which was extremely tender and juicy. The only downside was that it just wasn't enough for the 4 of us, but as far as downsides go, that's a pretty good one! I look forward to trying the chicken variation."

"Made these with Honey peanut butter and cake flour (increased amount to compensate for difference between cake and all-purpose)and they were wonderful! The cake flour gives a very fine texture with crisp edges. Will definitely be making these again...probably tomorrow :-D"
