Hamburger Hash Skillet Supper
Made this recipe tonight. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef, diced my own potatoes and onions and threw in fresh chopped tomatoes from my garden. 2 TBSP of beef bullion replaced the cream. It was quite good and I will make it again.

If you aren't into spicy food, do what I did. I saw a Jambalya recipe that used 1 TBSP of Worcestshire sauce instead of hot pepper sauce. The result was very good. Everyone liked it.
The sausage shrank a little so next time I will add that in later. The only other problem is that there wasn't much left over. Everyone had two or three helpings.

Raspberry Poke Cake
This is one very good cake. Even my partner loved it and he's normally not one for sweets. I couldn't believe it when he said he wanted another piece.
One piece of advice for people who said it was too much water. Use a Betty Crocker cake mix. I've learned the hard way in the past that there is a difference in quality between the name brands the generic stuff

Russian Tea Cakes
These cookies almost made me cry. My great Aunt Marie used to serve these on Christmas Eve when I was a boy. She's been gone for 45 years. I thought I'd never taste these awesome cookies again. One bite brought back a flood of memories. And they are so easy to make too.
THANK YOU BETTY CROCKER!!!!

Slow-Cooker Maple-Sage Pork Roast
I didn't have sage leaves so I used 1 tsp of rubbed sage seasoning plus about a tsp of Thyme and 1/2 tsp of Poultry seasoning. I didn't use the squash either as my partner and I aren't big fans.
Nonetheless it was delicious and so easy to make. We couldn't believe how flavorful the roast was especially when you consider how easy it was to make. My only complaint is that I didn't make mash potatoes with it. The juices make a great gravy.
Definitely a recipe I'll be making again and again.

Impossibly Easy Cheesecake
I'm from Wisconsin and we know cheese (and of course cheesecake) so it was some reluctance that I decided to try this recipe and bring it to a Wisconsin Badger tailgate.
I wasn't sure that you could make a good cheesecake that easily. The reviews swayed me to try it and I'm glad I did.
It wasn't the best cheesecake I've ever made but then again it didn't take hours to make it and clean up afterwards, and it is good.
I cut back on the sugar and the vanilla to get a cheesier flavor. The result was a hit at the tailgate and the hostess asked for the recipe.
So there you have it. If Wisconsin Badger fans like this cheesecake, it's certainly worth a try.

Impossibly Easy Sausage Breakfast Pie
This is a great recipe. Normally when I make new recipes, my partner always finds something wrong. He'll say "It was good but..." Not this time. He had seconds and thirds (as did I) and said he loved. it. I followed the recipe exactly except I added an extra 1/4 cup of cheese (Hey we live in Wisconsin). Definitely a keeper.

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Great recipe. Easy to make. I used a frozen pie crust for the bottom crust and added a bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. It was wonderful. Definitely will make it again

Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Great recipe and easy to make. I used a frozen pie shell for a bottom crust and added a bit of cornstarch to thicken it up. It turned out great. I'll be making this again.
