"Made this cake because it had pumpkin in it. It makes a big cake and boy is it good. It is better after it sits a day. I did use splenda for the white sugar and egg beaters for the eggs for health reasons but it turned out great and looked just like the picture. I think next time I will add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts. "

"A good cookie that is easy to make. I used splenda for half of the granulated sugar, 2 egg whites for the egg and one cup of oatmeal as I only had 3 cups of raisin bran. Next time I will use 3/4 cup of peanut butter since they need a little more or a peanut taste."

"I enjoyed this, but my husband thought it was missing something. I used heated broth in place of the hot water, Next time I will add some garlic and cumin."

"Made this today for my husband. His response at first bite was"yum". I cut the slices in half so they would not be so large. The aroma as it cooked was wonderful, the taste was like apple pie. I used low fat bisquick, splenda for half of the white suger, sprayed the pan with pam and it turned out just like the picture. Will make again. "
