"This cake was amazing. It seemed like a lot of work in the beginning but it really wasn't. So moist and not too rich. It was so tall and heavy and created lots of leftovers. Yum!"

"This was so delicious and easy to make. Definitely will make it again! I doubled the recipe to make a 13x9 and I used Chipotle taco seasoning for some added flavor. Made some spanish rice and corn on the side. Yum!!!"

"This recipe was very easy to make. I did add seasoning and some yellow mustard to the beef mixture since so many suggested to and it came out great! Definitely would add bacon, mushrooms, or jalapenos too! Served it with ketchup."

"This was pretty good. Way too many onions and I only used 4-5. I did make gravy as suggested. I also added the rest of the unused beef broth from the recipe and made the rest into french onion soup. The beef was so tender and I liked the flavor of the beer in this recipe. Not sure if I will make it again or just stick to regular pot roast. "

These came out awesome!! Smelled and tasted great. My uncle loved them. Not too cheesecakey for those that don't really like cheesecake.

Moy Deliciouso!! Used Chicken breasts instead of thighs and also added a can of diced green chilies for a little kick. Also added another small can of chix broth at the end to thin it out a little. Topped it with shredded cheese and instead of the tortilla strips I used crushed up tortilla chips. (You know, the ones at the end of the bag that are too small for salsa)

This was delicious!! Even better as leftovers. I used brown rice and chicken thighs. I also shortened the second baking time to 40 minutes since the thighs were a little smaller. Very yummy. Will definitely make this again!!
