Gluten Free Impossibly Easy Taco Pie Since I'm also watching my weight (and who isn't?) I tweaked this just a little to cut down on fat & calories. Instead of ground beef I used 93/7 ground turkey, instead of eggs I used 1/2 cup Fat Free egg beaters, reduced sodium taco seasoning, and fat free milk. Cut the fat & sodium down by 1/2 & the calories for 1/6 of the pie to 215! @allergymom2 - the egg beaters worked great! @brenskopf - the walmart brand & Ortega brand of taco seasoning both are marked GF!
