"I just wanted to add to my review - for those people who said that it was difficult to frost and they were getting crumbs in the frosting.....if you follow the directions - that is, do the crumb layer - then you may have crumbs in your crumb layer, but after you cool that, it is super easy to frost over that layer. do the crumb layer on the marshmallows too - even though there's no crumbs, you'll get a more even look with 2 layers. be sure to COOL the crumb layer before you frost the final layer!"

"I made this for my son's 3rd birthday party and it got lots of oooohs and ahhhhhhs. I made my own cake batter from scratch...it did take a little time, but it looked fantastic! thanks for the great idea!"

"This was super easy and very yummy. I prefer the betty crocker recipe on this website for regular rice pudding baked in the oven, but thought I'd give the slow cooker a shot...like I said, it was yummy and easy, but I think the extra time and effort for the oven baked rice pudding is worth it!"

"I was looking for a way to get pork into our menu, but just couldn't find a good way to serve it - that is until I found this recipe! My fiance was skeptical when I said we were having pork chops for dinner, but he said these were great! Next time the only thing I'll change is add a little more cayenne pepper to make them more spicy. This is a great all around rub for any meat."

"This is just what I was looking for in a homemade rice pudding! I doubled the rice, but that was a little bit too much. I'll have to play around with the quantity of rice to get it just the way I like it. The slight vanilla and cinnamon flavours were great! My 16 month old gobbled this up!"

I thought these were ok - but I'm giving them 4 stars because my 14 month old son loved them! I think for me I'd like them better without the parmesan cheese. I also tried double-battering them, but I liked the ones I only battered once better. I'll make these again with a few moderations.

My in-laws, who have been making their own stuffing for years, asked me for this recipe when they tried it at easter dinner this year! It was my first time making homemade stuffing, and it was so easy. I did add a couple spices - 1 tsp poultry seasoning and 1 tsp dried parsley. I will definitely make this again and again!!

Impossibly Easy Apricot Pie

This "pie" was interesting. Kind of a cross between a cake and something like a rice pudding. I could see some people being put off by the texture. It did have a nice flavour - not too sweet with a hint of apricot.

This was delish! I added some seasoning to the meat as I was browning it - garlic powder, oregano, s&p. Next time I'll try it with pepperoni instead of sausage - I think that'll put it over the top!

Key Lime-White Chocolate Cookies

These cookies were the best! They had a nice lime flavour and the sweetness of the white chocolate balanced out the tartness of the lime. I was hesitant at first to use bisquick, but the cookie was nice and chewy just like I like them!
